Freebies & Free Gifts

How freebies work

1. Add the product an offer names to your cart.
2. The gift appears in your cart at ₹0 by itself — there is nothing to claim. Remove the product and the gift goes with it.
3. Check out as usual. Delivery is charged on the products you pay for, never on the gift.

Questions about freebies

What are freebies?

Products Phonebuy - Best Mobile & Accessories gives away at no charge with an order. A free gift sits in your cart at ₹0, and each offer on this page says what it is and what, if anything, you need to buy to get it.

How do I get a free gift?

Add the product the offer names to your cart. The gift is added automatically at ₹0 — there is nothing to claim — and it is checked again when you place the order.

Are freebies available to all customers?

Yes. Any customer whose cart meets an offer’s condition gets the gift, up to that offer’s limit per customer.

Is there a minimum purchase requirement?

Only the offer’s own condition. Every free gift ships with an order, though, so your cart needs at least one paid product.

How many free gifts can I get?

Each offer gives its gift once per customer, in the quantity shown on the offer.

Does a free gift add to my delivery charge?

No. Delivery is worked out on the products you pay for, so a free gift adds nothing to it.

What if I remove the product that unlocked my gift?

The gift leaves your cart with it, automatically, and comes back if you add the product again.
